Confirm your Notion account

Log into your account at notion.so and navigate to Settings to verify that you have an active workspace subscription. The NOTION* charge on your statement corresponds to a paid Notion plan, so check whether you signed up for Personal Pro, Team, or Business tier.

Review your Notion billing history

Inside your Notion workspace, go to Settings and Members, then select Billing to view your full payment history. This will show you the exact date and amount Notion charged, helping you match it to the NOTION* transaction on your bank statement.

Check for shared or team workspaces

If you manage or are a member of multiple Notion workspaces, the NOTION* charge may relate to a team or shared workspace subscription. Review all workspaces linked to your email in notion.so to identify which one triggered the billing.

Cancel or downgrade if needed

If you no longer use your Notion workspace and want to stop future NOTION* charges, visit notion.so/pricing to compare plans or go to your Billing settings to downgrade to the free plan or cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.
