Log into your Freetrade account at freetrade.io and check which subscription plan you are currently on. The FREETRADE* charge corresponds to a paid tier such as Freetrade Plus or Freetrade Standard, so confirm the charge amount matches your chosen plan's monthly or annual fee.

Review your Freetrade billing history

Within your Freetrade account at freetrade.io, navigate to your account or subscription settings to view your full billing history. Cross-reference the date and amount of the FREETRADE* charge on your bank statement with the records shown there to confirm it is an expected and accurate payment.

Manage or cancel your Freetrade subscription

If you no longer wish to be charged by Freetrade, visit freetrade.io/account to manage your subscription settings. From there you can downgrade to the free tier or cancel your paid plan to prevent future FREETRADE* charges from appearing on your bank statement.

Contact Freetrade support if something looks wrong
