Identify Your Heroku Plan

Log in to your account at heroku.com and navigate to the billing section to confirm which Heroku plan or add-on is generating the HEROKU* charge on your statement. Heroku offers multiple tiers, so check which apps or dynos are currently active under your account.

Review Your Heroku Billing History

Visit heroku.com/billing to view your full billing history and invoices. Compare the amount shown on your bank statement under HEROKU* with your Heroku invoice to ensure the figures match and no unexpected charges have been applied.

Check for Unused Heroku Apps

Inside your Heroku dashboard at heroku.com, review all active applications and add-ons. If you find any Heroku apps or services you are no longer using, scale them down or delete them to prevent future HEROKU* charges from appearing on your statement.

Manage or Cancel Your Heroku Subscription

If you decide you no longer need the Heroku cloud platform service, go directly to heroku.com/billing to downgrade your plan or cancel your subscription. This will stop any future HEROKU* charges from being billed to your account.
